Senior iOS Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop scalable, high-performance features for iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.
• Translate complex design concepts into intuitive interfaces in partnership with in-house designers.
• Refactor and modularize Swift and Objective-C code to improve quality and reuse.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, manage data handling and errors, and support API design and troubleshooting.
• Manage builds, certificates, provisioning, and App Store submissions throughout the app lifecycle.
• Collaborate with backend engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and uphold architecture, testing, and Git standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience, including full iOS app lifecycle management.
• Professional experience with both Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, MapKit or similar mapping SDKs, and other core Apple frameworks.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enough backend understanding to troubleshoot issues and contribute to API design.
• Strong understanding of iOS build systems, provisioning, certificates, and App Store requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Git.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in aviation or network-driven application development.
• Experience with Metal or OpenGL.
