Robotics Data Collection Operator (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, CA office, with reliable transportation required. Full-time day shift is 7 AM–3 PM PT or evening shift is 3 PM–11 PM PT, Monday through Friday. US work authorization is required, and applicants must already live within commuting distance; relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $20/hour for 40 hours per week. This is a temporary, hourly, non-exempt position with potential extension through at least the end of March.

What you will do

• Conduct and manage AI data collection processes across different setups.
• Ensure collected data is accurate and high quality.
• Work hands-on with robotics systems and support the development of collaborative mobile robots.
• Learn from and collaborate with AI, software, test, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated interest in robotics, engineering, or data through education, personal projects, clubs, or hobbies.
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA for either a 40-hour day or evening shift.
• Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Prior robotics or engineering experience through school projects, personal builds, or clubs such as FIRST, VEX, or Science Olympiad.
