Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Flex Work requires spending at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners, depending on the role.

Annual base salary: $156,000–$234,000 USD for the primary Atlanta location; additional US locations may offer $148,200–$264,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and deliver full-stack features that increase trust in AI agents and support agent security.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences and resilient backend services for AI-powered HR and Finance workflows.
• Own services and product experiences from development through production operations.
• Work with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams in a cross-functional pod.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and raise engineering quality through strong development practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years building performant backend services with Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern object-oriented language.
• 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
• At least 1 year of experience working with agentic applications in production and designing full-stack applications end to end.
• Experience with identity federation and standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, or decentralized identifiers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience operating products in cloud environments, preferably AWS, as well as GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with cryptographic libraries, digital signatures, and attestation verification.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional environments with strong communication skills.
