What you will do

• Perform mass-triggered HPLC purification of novel peptidomimetic drug modalities using modern purification instrumentation and detection techniques.
• Troubleshoot and optimize peptide purification methods for high-throughput purification and isolation.
• Develop new strategies and technologies to improve peptidomimetic purification capabilities.
• Collaborate with synthetic organic, medicinal chemistry, bioconjugation, biology, technology, and therapeutic-area groups.
• Represent the peptidomimetic purification team in departmental, cross-functional, leadership, and external meetings.
• Work with internal and external organizations, including CROs, to support antibody-conjugated therapeutic development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in peptide, peptidomimetic, or small-molecule purification required; master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC purification, detection, and method troubleshooting for peptidomimetics.
• Experience with high-throughput purification and modern purification and isolation equipment.
• A successful track record in peptidomimetic or small-molecule purification.
• The role is performed onsite, with expectations confirmed by the recruiter and hiring manager.

Nice to have

• Experience with Waters and/or Agilent purification systems.
• Hands-on experience with mass-triggered collection.
