Advanced Support Payments (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the advanced point of contact for CB Pay issues involving chargebacks, payouts, disputes, and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment cases, including situations with incomplete or unclear information.
• Support hoteliers through proactive payments onboarding and enablement.
• Educate customers on payment best practices to reduce future disputes and chargebacks.
• Share payment issue insights with Product and Engineering as a product advocate.
• Track and report case outcomes and payment-related trends.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality operations, ideally with demonstrated growth in the role.
• A few years of experience in payments or fintech.
• Comfort working with numbers and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex, technical payment issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCI compliance and chargeback rules.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
