Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work with employees expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hub.
Salary: $192,000–$260,000 USD per year.

What you will do
- Partner with executives across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing as the lead strategic finance advisor.
- Evaluate strategic priorities and advocate for high-return go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations for sales tactics, product experiments, and cross-functional roadmaps.
- Build sales efficiency and productivity frameworks with predictive and automated reporting.
- Own substantial parts of the annual and long-range planning processes.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems while growing a high-performing analyst.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years supporting sales organizations.
- Proven success in financial analysis, sales strategy, planning, and performance management.
- Experience building an AI model, workflow, or automated analysis.
- Expert financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce, BI tools such as Omni, and SQL.
- Strong executive communication, ownership, analytical judgment, and ability to operate through ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Experience with consumption-based business models.
