Sr. Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Guide government clients through obtaining and maintaining Authority to Operate certifications.
• Assess system architectures, security requirements, vulnerabilities, and risks against government compliance standards.
• Monitor security systems, logs, and network traffic for suspicious activity and unauthorized access.
• Establish security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and access management.
• Investigate security incidents and determine their causes, impact, and response requirements.
• Develop and implement incident response plans covering containment, eradication, and recovery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity analyst experience focused on government System ATO support.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
• Repeated success achieving and maintaining ATO for cloud services from IL5 through IL6+.
• Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tools, and container technologies.
• Strong incident response, security incident handling, forensic analysis, vulnerability scanning, and intrusion detection experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and CISSP or equivalent certification are required.
