What you will do

• Supervise daily operations in the bioanalytical laboratory.
• Guide and direct laboratory team members to support on-time completion of customer projects.
• Transfer newly developed assays, reagents, and instruments into laboratory use.
• Qualify and validate assays, reagents, and instruments for sample testing services.
• Support testing performed under regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing technical guidance to laboratory personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in bioanalytical laboratory operations and sample testing.
• Knowledge of assay transfer, qualification, and validation.
• Ability to guide laboratory staff and supervise work where required.
• Ability to work onsite in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA.
• US work eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
