What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP ERP/SD modules supporting sales, billing, distribution, reporting, and integrated business processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional specifications, system designs, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze and resolve complex ERP, data, reporting, configuration, and integration issues with business users, ABAP resources, and technical teams.
• Lead testing, data validation, training, and deployment support for system changes, enhancements, and custom programs.
• Create user procedures, training materials, configuration documentation, and support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, business information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive ERP, SAP configuration, business systems analysis, or related information systems experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP/SD or related modules, requirements analysis, testing, integration support, reporting, data validation, and user support.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP configuration, module integration, implementation, testing, and support practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues and produce clear functional and support documentation.
