Sr. SAP SD Consultant - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX, USA; 5 days in the office required according to HR guidelines

Salary: USD 130,000–140,000 yearly

What you will do

• Coordinate, track, and schedule project tasks and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Support the implementation management and optimization of new and existing SAP Logistics processes.
• Design and document customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements.
• Monitor issue status, interpret performance against operating standards, and prepare reports.
• Analyze SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements, provide user training and documentation, and deliver ongoing support.
• Coordinate with company headquarters and the North America PI team while maintaining strong end-user relationships.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an SAP environment.
• Understanding of the system development life cycle and application development practices.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week; C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience with EDI document types.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
