Senior Treasury Adoption Consultant (Fintech SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise governmental treasury customers and maintain strong knowledge of their stakeholders and value drivers.
• Engage customers throughout the lifecycle through phone, email, and online sessions while assessing account health.
• Educate customers about new functionality and drive adoption of the product suite.
• Lead retention efforts ahead of renewals by identifying and addressing customer needs, concerns, and goals.
• Partner with account management to identify expansion opportunities and share customer feedback with the product team.
• Identify negative sentiment and retention risks, then develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in public finance or treasury-related roles.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in industry or fintech SaaS.
• Accounting or finance background required.
• Experience with ChurnZero or another customer success management platform, plus strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to become a product expert in cash, investments, and debt.
