Senior Producer, Live Operations (Gaming)

Location: California, USA; remote-friendly with home office support

What you will do

• Own the live operations data process from planning and tracking through validation and production merges.
• Identify live operations issues, drive them to resolution, and act as the first responder for live incidents.
• Manage the live operations calendar, maintain sources of truth, and coordinate external communication.
• Build long-term content and testing roadmaps with the live operations team.
• Provide hands-on support wherever the live operations team needs it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience on mobile free-to-play live-service products.
• 2+ years as a key stakeholder on production, development director, or live operations teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and error detection skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office or similar tool skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of and passion for baseball, including players, teams, parks, strategy, culture, and current events.
• Experience applying rigor to large data sets and learning complex concepts and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play meta-game systems and sports games.
• Experience with the Unity game engine.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
