What you will do

• Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize features to maximize LTV and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a small, agile team.
• Analyze game data in collaboration with BI and UA to inform live operations.
• Oversee LiveOps, events, and the in-game economy.
• Apply agile and lean development practices to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Game Production or Product Management for F2P mobile games.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Must be based in the CET time zone +/- 2 hours.
• Deep understanding of IAP monetization and retention mechanics.
• Experience with UA metrics and strategies.
• Data-driven, analytical, and organized mindset.
