Director of Operations, Slate Development (AI)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom or flexible hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Own slate operations across games in development, including organizational cadence, processes, and leadership support.
• Run the Game Development Framework cadence and connect game teams with central teams from concept through launch.
• Drive the cross-slate operating model, improve internal service delivery, and remove process bottlenecks.
• Structure investment and development decisions by tracking Greenlight Cases, budgets, staffing, dependencies, and progress.
• Support launch readiness by coordinating with legal, IT, procurement, finance, logistics, marketing, strategy, and divisional leadership.
• Operationalize playtests and validation plans, and use AI technologies for dashboards, status reporting, and key-date visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience across technology and direct-to-consumer businesses, including at least 5 years in games.
• Experience working within or alongside game development teams and understanding game development, publishing, platforms, and business models.
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing multiple R&D and live projects in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work with P&Ls and free-to-play KPIs, create clarity, improve processes, and manage difficult cross-functional decisions.
• Strong written communication, presentation, organization, relationship-building, and senior stakeholder management skills.
