Trainee Care Expert

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two core office days per week at the London Bridge office in London, UK

Base salary: £30,000–£32,500 per year, pro rata

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with families and conduct personalised consultations about complex care needs.
• Match families with suitable care partners, coordinate visits, and support care decisions.
• Represent hirify.global with warmth, empathy, and expertise during emotionally challenging conversations.
• Learn social care topics including care quality ratings, funding support, and care types.
• Share family stories, customer pain points, and market gaps with product teams.

Requirements

• Strong desire to provide personalised support to people facing difficult situations.
• Ability to remain calm and grounded during emotional conversations and guide people toward practical solutions.
• Willingness to rapidly learn social care knowledge and provide expert-level guidance.
• Comfort working with commercial targets, ambiguity, and bespoke solutions rather than scripts.
• Initiative to identify gaps and improve ways of working.
• Availability for a hybrid role in London with at least two core office days per week.

Hiring process
