AI Security and Assurance Technical Lead

What you will do

• Translate government security requirements into engineering practices, security acceptance criteria, and reusable control evidence.
• Assess risks in data and AI capabilities, including data and model integrity, unauthorized disclosure, adversarial manipulation, and software supply-chain dependencies.
• Lead Risk Management Framework artifact development, coordinate assessments, and prepare authorization evidence.
• Direct CI/CD security capabilities, including vulnerability detection, automated security testing, and remediation verification.
• Coordinate data protection, access controls, secure infrastructure, AI risk management, release readiness, and sustainment with technical leads.
• Oversee continuous security-control monitoring, risk reassessment, remediation priorities, and security reporting to program and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or secure digital-capability delivery, including 3 years supporting Department of War or Intelligence Community environments.
• At least 3 years leading cybersecurity technical teams or workstreams responsible for RMF authorization and secure software or data-platform delivery.
• Experience securing AI/ML capabilities and automated delivery pipelines in classified, cloud, or tactical-edge environments.
• Experience applying AI risk-management methods, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain the required clearance and access.
