Data Analytics & AI Product Specialist

Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements into data analytics and AI solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and AI Specialists to deliver data-driven products.
• Analyze data and support the design of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Support data onboarding, solution design, testing, product rollout, and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics products, processes, and user experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management, consulting, or a similar area.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking English and working in a hybrid setup in Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in financial services or insurance.
