Senior Security Control Assessor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute all phases of cybersecurity and privacy control assessment support.
• Apply federal cybersecurity governance frameworks, including RMF, FedRAMP, and NIST Special Publications.
• Develop and review authorization artifacts such as SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms.
• Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities across federal and commercial environments.
• Evaluate authentication, authorization, access control, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Support cybersecurity defense tools, systems, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical or cyber-related field.
• 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including support for federal clients.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity governance, RMF, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST SP 800-171.
• Experience with cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, risk management, and enterprise security compliance.
• Experience with cybersecurity defense tools, authentication, authorization, and access control methods.
• Successful candidates must complete a background investigation; some positions may also require drug screening or a credit check.
