About the Role

You will help ensure effective financial-crime prevention operations. You will coordinate and implement anti-financial-crime measures, conduct and oversee ongoing due diligence, obtain required customer documentation, complete AML reporting in line with FMA standards, and create and deliver AML training programmes.

Requirements

• Native-level German and fluent English.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial-crime prevention.
• Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, submitting SARs, monitoring transactions, screening sanctions, and reviewing PEPs and adverse media.
• Familiarity with AML transaction-monitoring and reporting tools such as GoAML, Chainalysis, Scorechain, Elliptic, or Notabene.
• An AFC/AML-related or similar industry-recognised certification is advantageous.
• Customer-support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement financial-crime prevention measures.
• Conduct and oversee ongoing due-diligence processes.
• Communicate with customers to obtain required documents and information.
• Complete AML reporting obligations in accordance with Austrian FMA standards.
• Create and deliver tailored AML training programmes.
