Engineering Manager (Agentic Integrations)

Location: Fully remote — choose where you live. Regular meetings are required between 13:00 and 17:00 UTC.

Salary: $7,500–$13,000 per month net, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Lead a new engineering team delivering production-grade agentic product integrations across diverse customer environments.
• Balance hands-on customer integration work with reusable tooling, templates, documentation, automation, and platform investments.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering teams to prioritize customer needs and feed integration insights into the product roadmap.
• Set technical standards for architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability in customer-facing integrations.
• Improve the developer and implementation experience through reference implementations, integration playbooks, reusable components, and debugging tools.
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineers working across technical and customer-facing contexts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience; direct engineering team leadership experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with JavaScript, frontend, and full-stack development, plus a strong background in backend, platform, or applied ML product engineering.
• Experience leading teams building customer-facing, production-grade systems or integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, product judgment, and customer empathy skills.
• Comfort with technical discovery, integration scoping, expectation-setting, troubleshooting, and communicating tradeoffs directly to customers.
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher and availability for regular meetings between 13:00 and 17:00 UTC.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, ML-powered products, recommendations, search, personalization, or data-heavy SaaS products.
• Experience building reusable tooling, frameworks, SDKs, integration templates, or internal platforms.
