UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, functional, and visually consistent UI solutions.
• Analyse user journeys through heuristic reviews, task analysis, and analytics reviews.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, and responsive interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet products.
• Define information architecture, interaction workflows, navigation patterns, typography, colour, and imagery.
• Create and maintain design systems with versioned libraries, design tokens, components, templates, usage guidelines, and governance.
• Plan usability evaluations, prepare developer handoffs, define UI acceptance criteria, and support cross-browser, device, and visual regression testing.

Requirements

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments and participating in multilingual meetings.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or French, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using research, usability, and analytics evidence.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, W3C standards, WCAG accessibility, SEO, web ergonomics, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• At least 6 years of experience with wireframing, interactive prototyping, and UX design best practices.
• At least 3 years of experience with user-centred design, usability testing, collaborative tools, and agile development environments.
• Experience with visual design tools, design system tools, component libraries, security practices, and developer handoff.

Nice to have

• UXQB CPUX-F, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, or Google UX Design Certificate.
