Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Glen Burnie, Maryland, United States; on site

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Support customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and company systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly so customers understand their choices.
• Meet individual and branch goals while adapting to changing demands and maintaining efficient service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work on site in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours or Saturdays.
• Strong multitasking, communication, empathy, and goal-oriented customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
