Field Technician (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, United States; approximately 25% regional travel required.

What you will do

• Support customers during robot deployment and post-sales operations.
• Assist sales teams with on-site product demonstrations.
• Monitor customer robot fleets and help ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize customer downtime.
• Document operational data, prepare performance reports, and share product feedback with internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and ability to meet company insurance standards.
• Ability to travel for on-site visits, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on foot for extended periods.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical certification.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree, technical certification, relevant experience, or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields.
