Quality Control Supervisor (Electrophoresis)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; on-site. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Lead and support QC analysts conducting testing safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Plan and coordinate laboratory testing for manufacturing and customer timelines.
• Review and approve quality control documentation and laboratory records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, investigations, and CAPA activities.
• Monitor cGMP, quality systems, and data integrity compliance while resolving technical and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life-sciences environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring laboratory teams.
• Knowledge of electrophoresis testing and quality control laboratory operations.
• Experience with LIMS, TrackWise, DMS, or electronic laboratory systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, data review, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
