What you will do

• Build candidate generators and ranking models for search and recommendations using LLM-generated labeling.
• Develop ML infrastructure, including feature-computation pipelines and training-data collection workflows.
• Train multilingual content embeddings and extract useful signals in cold-start conditions.
• Adapt search and recommendation technologies for different languages by developing multilingual NLP models.
• Work end-to-end across research, model training, production coding, and product development.

Requirements

• Experience with search, recommendations, or ad tech.
• Experience building high-load data science services.
• Strong academic background and solid Computer Science fundamentals beyond machine learning.
• Ability to develop product features end-to-end rather than focusing only on individual models.
• Interest in combining research, model training, and production engineering.
