Manager, Social (AI)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Portugal, or Spain; working hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day creative execution for paid and organic social programs across multiple client accounts.
• Brief and direct designers and editors on statics, motion, short-form video, carousels, and Stories.
• Own creative copy for US-based clients and adapt messaging to different platforms and purposes.
• Manage testing plans and content calendars, including content sequencing, hypotheses, and pillars.
• Translate platform and performance data such as hook retention, watch time, CTR, engagement, saves, and follower growth into creative direction.
• Partner with Paid Media and Social Commerce on scaling organic winners, creator briefs, and UGC programs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing or leading creative execution for paid and/or organic social programs, ideally in an agency.
• Hands-on experience creating and shipping short-form video, static, and platform-native content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Ability to work directly in Figma, Premiere, or Photoshop when needed.
• Fluent understanding of paid and organic social metrics and their use in creative decision-making.
• Clear communication, proactive feedback, client presentation skills, and a portfolio showing social work with performance or engagement context.
• Availability to support the team during 9 AM–5 PM EST and to work remotely from Brazil, Portugal, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience at a creative, social, or performance marketing agency.
• Experience using AI tools such as FLORA, Midjourney, Runway, or Claude to scale creative production.
