Trading Customer Support Agent (iGaming)

What you will do

• Assist clients through email and live chat.
• Check and process bets and settle matches according to company policies.
• Investigate missing matches, results, tournaments, and participants, and add or update the relevant information.
• Create activity reports and maintain accurate client-facing data.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining clear and concise communication.
• Learn OddsMatrix betting rules and Microsoft Excel through job shadowing and daily practice.

Requirements

• Availability for rotating shifts: 09:00–17:00, 17:00–01:00, and 01:00–09:00.
• Availability to work two weekends per month.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, time-management, and pressure-management skills.
• Fast learning ability and willingness to ask questions when needed.
