CRM Intern

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 remote days/week, 1 remote week/quarter, 3 flex days)

Compensation: €1,200 – €1,400 per month

What you will do

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm and analyze transactional CRM communications to enhance customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define data needs and build end-to-end CRM flows.
• Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
• Support CRM automation to increase process efficiency and deliver personalized content.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Highly detail-oriented and creative mindset with a focus on experimentation.
• Interest in the technical side of CRM, including automation and data integration.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Affinity with data, numbers, and statistics.
• Previous experience with a CRM campaign management tool (Braze is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages.
• Previous experience in marketing or CRM.
