What you will do

• Retouch and enhance digital images using advanced techniques while preserving the intended style and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with CGI artists, photographers, art directors, producers, clients, and creative teams in the UK and overseas.
• Correct color, exposure, and composition across high volumes of images.
• Perform final quality checks and review colleagues’ work to ensure consistent, client-ready output.
• Provide constructive feedback and implement process improvements that increase quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retoucher in commercial photography or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating image retouching, brand building, and design expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Experience in a CGI-led environment or with 3D design tools.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, ownership, and client collaboration skills.
• Experience working effectively with remote team members and interest in AI and emerging technologies.
