Fixed Term Junior Designer

Location: Hybrid role based at the Chessington head office, with home-based work and a minimum of 3 office days per week

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Create and deliver print and digital marketing materials for premium golf products.
• Design and artwork retail, point-of-sale, advertising, social media, catalogue, and event collateral.
• Adapt global creative for European markets and multiple language versions.
• Maintain brand consistency and high attention to detail across deliverables.
• Support wider creative and marketing projects while managing multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and take artwork through to production.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of design experience in an agency, in-house, or client environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong design and artworking skills, including production-ready artwork.
• Understanding of digital and social media design.
• Excellent attention to detail when working across multiple language versions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; availability for at least 3 office days per week in Chessington.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation, video, and motion design software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of pre-press and print production.
• Interest in golf or sport.
