Product Portfolio Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of ancillary products and services offered by hirify.global and its partners.
• Analyze product definitions, customer touchpoints, performance, profitability, and budget results to identify improvement actions.
• Define and prioritize the digital development backlog and measure the impact of optimizations across sales channels.
• Manage product development from concept definition and business case preparation through implementation and project management.
• Manage partner tenders, selection, contracting, account relationships, financial performance, and invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Digital Development, and Revenue teams to improve conversion, ancillary revenue, and customer convenience.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years in a multinational environment.
• Experience in creative business development or aviation is preferred.
• Understanding of e-commerce and digital development, with strong product and business development skills.
• Solid project management, analytical, numerical, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Digital, Economics, or Marketing; fluent English in spoken and written communication.
