Creative Lead (EdTech)

Location: United Kingdom; London hybrid/remote

What you will do

• Provide senior creative and quality feedback to the design and editing team.
• Lead the design and visual direction of brand toolkits in partnership with the Brand Content Lead.
• Develop new creative concepts and content options within the evolving brand system.
• Partner with the Copy Lead on scripts for performance marketing and short-form video.
• Set quality standards for creative briefs in partnership with the Studio Manager.
• Mentor designers and editors while remaining hands-on in creative delivery.

Requirements

• Senior experience in creative leadership, art direction, design leadership, or a similar role.
• Direct experience giving feedback to a team of designers, editors, or other creative specialists.
• Experience creating content at scale for performance marketing.
• Experience with scriptwriting or close collaboration on scripts for short-form video.
• Comfort working within an existing brand system and toolkit rather than creating one from scratch.
• Confidence working hands-on and mentoring creative team members.
