TL;DR
IT Demand Manager (ServiceNow SPM): Managing the structured intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance of business requirements across Business Services with an accent on stakeholder communication, demand quality, and portfolio alignment. Focus on moderating workshops, preparing portfolio decision templates, maintaining demand data, and developing dashboards, KPIs, and demand management processes.
Location: Hybrid work in Curitiba or Pomerode, Brazil

What you will do
- Receive, classify, and initially evaluate business requirements from Business Services areas.
- Ensure demand data is complete, accurate, and ready for portfolio and project governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT business partners, portfolio owners, and project managers.
- Moderate demand workshops and review meetings and prepare decision templates for portfolio boards.
- Maintain the demand database in ServiceNow SPM and create dashboards, reports, and status overviews.
- Develop demand management processes, templates, and KPIs, and train business departments in ServiceNow SPM.
Requirements
- Experience in demand, portfolio, or project management.
- Experience working with international and interdisciplinary teams and managing complex requirements.
- Experience with PMI, PRINCE2, or agile project management frameworks.
- Understanding of business processes and IT system landscapes.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and decision templates.
- Excellent English language skills, with strong communication, moderation, analytical, conceptual, intercultural, and diplomatic skills.
