Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with two days in the office each week

What you will do

• Own the performance, reliability, growth, and stability of production infrastructure.
• Monitor availability, capacity, throughput, and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Build robust deployment pipelines and automate artifact deployment across environments.
• Lead incident response, resolution, and proactive issue avoidance.
• Work with engineering, product, support, sales engineering, solution architecture, and security teams.
• Drive reliability improvements into the product roadmap and prioritize critical fixes.

Requirements

• Expertise with managed Kubernetes services, including EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
• Strong Python and Shell scripting experience, plus Go; Java experience is useful.
• Knowledge of Linux internals and administration.
• Experience with cloud networking, including site-to-site VPNs, Azure and AWS PrivateLink, and GCP Private Service Connect.
• Experience using AI tools for code review, automation, incident analysis, documentation, and reducing operational toil.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and other databases.
