What you will do

• Support critical applications used across the trading environment.
• Investigate live technical issues and troubleshoot production applications.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Development, and Engineering.
• Improve application reliability, supportability, monitoring, and automation.
• Follow applications from initial specification through full production.

Requirements

• Studying a STEM-related degree at an Irish university and required to complete a work placement as part of the course.
• Some experience with an object-oriented language such as Java or C#, or a scripting language such as Python or PowerShell.
• Interest in production application behavior, automation, and reducing repetitive operational work.
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows, databases, networking, monitoring tools, or software troubleshooting is desirable.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, communication, curiosity, and motivation to learn.
