What you will do

• Define digital strategies and design digital business and operating models for clients.
• Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics.
• Develop digital customer experience, online marketing, mobile application, e-commerce, and customer analytics solutions.
• Deploy and work with marketing technology stacks including Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, and Google.
• Contribute to the development of consulting offerings and participate in business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience, journey design, CRM, or customer analytics and insights.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Creative and analytical thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
