hirify.global is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up providing a digital securities lending platform for brokers, private banks, asset managers, and custodians.

What you will do

• Manage the monthly closing process, including working papers, accruals, reconciliations, and analytical procedures.
• Own cash management for the Israeli entity, including bank accounts, payments, cash positioning, and weekly cash flow reporting.
• Prepare tax and statutory reports, annual financial statements, and audit working papers.
• Support monthly consolidated financial statements across the UK, Israel, and US entities using NetSuite.
• Oversee bookkeeping, vendor payment cycles, intercompany balances, transfer pricing calculations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review financial aspects of vendor agreements, enforce policies, and contribute to financial analysis and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant qualification from a Big4 firm is required.
• At least two years of post-internship experience in a private or public company, or Senior-level experience at a Big4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS is required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced Excel and office skills, with knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite and BI reporting experience are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
