What you will do
- Execute monthly global revenue close activities and prepare accurate reporting under US GAAP and ASC 606.
- Analyze month-end SSP studies and related data sets.
- Calculate commission capitalization accounting under ASC 606.
- Partner with Billing to align billing activities with revenue recognition requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for Finance, Deal Desk, and other internal teams on revenue-related questions.
- Prepare audit documentation and improve revenue processes using scalable solutions and AI tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a global company as an Assistant Revenue Controller or in a similar revenue accounting role.
- CPA certification required.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, especially ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and revenue automation tools.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience improving and optimizing business processes with AI tools and solutions.
