Corporate Controller (Maternity Leave Cover)

What you will do

• Own and oversee global accounting operations across group entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and applicable local requirements.
• Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Coordinate annual external audits and annual tax filings for domestic entities and international subsidiaries.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use AI, automation tools, NetSuite, and other financial systems to streamline accounting and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• CPA qualification with a Big 4 background and experience in technology or high-tech companies.
• Experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role within a global organization.
• Hands-on experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience leading consolidation and financial statement preparation, with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience using AI tools to improve accounting, analysis, reporting, or financial workflows.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
