Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead Total Rewards projects covering job architecture, grading, salary bands, and multi-country implementation.
• Design bonus, incentive, and KPI frameworks, including concept development, cost modelling, approval, and launch.
• Develop reward policies, manager-facing guidance, and educational sessions for HR business partners and team heads.
• Partner with HRBPs, team heads, and C-level stakeholders on pay decisions, reward metrics, and market analytics.
• Provide expertise on remuneration, benefits, and performance management frameworks across the organisation and group companies.
• Audit and improve reward processes while maintaining alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR project management.
• Experience designing and delivering job architecture, grading, salary structures, or KPI systems.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel and relevant HR systems or tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organisational levels.
• English at B2 or higher and Russian at C1 or higher are required.

Nice to have

• University degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in an international, fast-growing, technology, or iGaming environment.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.
