Analyst, Performance Measurement (Investment)

Location: Singapore; hybrid model with 4 days in the office per week and 5 additional remote days per quarter subject to manager approval

What you will do

• Prepare and review quarterly reports, track records, composites, and performance data for marketing materials.
• Support performance data preparation for RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, client reporting, fundraising, and sales initiatives.
• Compile benchmarking analyses using MSCI, Cambridge Associates, Preqin, and public market equivalent methodologies.
• Handle ad hoc data requests and develop controls to identify, investigate, and resolve performance data issues.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve system functionality and validate enhancements.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and implement process improvements for accurate, timely reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment performance or investment operations, ideally in private markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of investment performance concepts including IRR, TVPI, DPI, TWR, PME, and benchmarking methodologies is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data organization, analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification.
• Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM).
