Duty Supervisor - ZRH (Aviation)

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations and the performance of operational teams and service providers during assigned shifts.
• Manage safety, security, quality, customer service, financial, and regulatory objectives at station level.
• Oversee passenger and aircraft handling, arrival and departure documentation, checklists, flight editing, and special guest requirements.
• Identify and report operational hazards and occurrences, and make decisions to mitigate safety and security risks.
• Coordinate disruption recovery, emergency response, diversions, delays, business continuity planning, and on-time performance.
• Monitor customer service standards, ancillary sales activity, compliance, and performance against KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, retail, or a related industry.
• Relevant knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and airport policies.
• Previous supervisory experience in a highly pressured and multicultural shift environment.
• Frontline service delivery experience with strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to balance guest-centric service with corporate interests while maintaining high safety and security standards.
• Degree-level education is desirable, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
