Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite boutique role

hirify.global operates a luxury retail boutique requiring strong operational, workforce, and customer service management.

What you will do

• Manage daily non-selling boutique operations, including payroll, POS functions, accounting, sales audit, receiving, stock, and facilities.
• Supervise and develop Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving/Stock associates, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and training.
• Oversee inventory movements, cycle counts, transfers, damages, returns-to-vendor, and communication with distribution or corporate inventory teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, security procedures, safety codes, inventory controls, and operational standards.
• Produce operational reports and records, control expenses, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding documentation, store opening and closing, loss prevention, and resolution of service and productivity issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing payroll, customer service, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities, POS, and inventory control functions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
• Willingness to follow all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
