IT / Business Analyst (Energy)

What you will do

• Drive work within project teams and with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business requirements.
• Document information needs, functional requirements, business requirement documents, and traceability matrices.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of business and technology solutions.
• Present data-driven analyses and translate complex business and technical problems into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal, external, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver client projects.
• Support company culture initiatives and participate in temporary assignments abroad.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; work permit sponsorship is not available.
