TL;DR

Senior Support Engineer (Payments): Supporting merchants across integrations, transactions, APIs, webhooks, checkout, payments, invoicing, POS, and payouts with an accent on technical troubleshooting and platform reliability. Focus on debugging complex integration issues, monitoring platform health, supporting merchant onboarding and KYC, and escalating critical defects to the CTO.

🚀 Senior Support Engineer (Full/Part-Time)

💰 up to $3300 | 🌍 Remote | CET timezone
What you'll do:
🔹 Primary technical contact for merchants (integrations, transactions, API/webhook debugging)
🔹 Diagnose issues across checkout, payments, invoicing, POS, payouts
🔹 Fix non-core bugs via code review, escalate critical issues to CTO
🔹 Monitor platform health, support merchant onboarding/KYC
🔹 Maintain documentation, coordinate daily with CTO across time zones
