Senior Process Manager T Cloud Public (Cloud)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is only possible from within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Adapt and implement IT processes for modern cloud IT operations.
• Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows and improve overarching process landscapes.
• Automate processes using common frameworks.
• Design and implement internal tools and services.
• Maintain oversight of processes, communication, and team motivation.
• Establish and communicate processes where needed.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or business subject, or comparable professional training.
• 5–7 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation and agile development processes.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• OpenStack experience.
• Programming experience in open-source projects.
