- Assist with stakeholder engagement through meeting preparation, background research, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Track regional project activities, timelines, materials, and outstanding actions.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and written updates for different audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and reporting through process enhancements or digital solutions.
Requirements
- Any academic discipline is welcome.
- Strong critical thinking, business research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to frame ambiguous issues into clear slides and written updates.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
