TL;DR
M365 Consultant (Microsoft 365): Designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions for customers with an accent on Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Copilot, and cloud migrations. Focus on leading implementation teams, running technical design workshops, producing high- and low-level documentation, and delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations and acceptance testing.
Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do
- Lead greenfield and brownfield implementation phases with junior engineers and project delivery teams.
- Configure and deploy Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot, and other Microsoft cloud workloads.
- Gather customer requirements and produce high-level and low-level solution design documentation.
- Run technical design workshops and contribute technical expertise to pre-sales opportunities.
- Design, plan, deliver, test, and document Microsoft 365 hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Complete acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, project handover documentation, and collaboration with customers and vendors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or in a similar role covering multiple products and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to configure and deploy Microsoft 365 in large environments.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Working knowledge of IT security protocols, customer-facing IT delivery, technical documentation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to lead implementation work, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate independently and within cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Quest On-Demand Migration or ShareGate.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Information Security Administrator Associate certification.
