Location: Hybrid office role in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland

What you will do
- Administer and support the enterprise Citrix environment, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, Gateway/NetScaler, VDA, Machine Catalogues, Delivery Groups, MCS, policies, printing, and profile management.
- Perform Citrix server patching, lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities.
- Manage incidents, problems, escalations, and issues raised by end-user support and other technical teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex Citrix issues and optimize platform performance and stability.
- Manage Citrix-related MDP and MyDesk services.
- Create technical documentation and implement operational improvements and approved changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Citrix administration experience.
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Director, Delivery Controllers, Machine Catalogues, Delivery Groups, MCS, and Citrix Policies.
- Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and troubleshooting enterprise Citrix environments.
- Experience with patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Availability for a hybrid office-based role in Dublin 18.
Nice to have
- FSLogix experience.
- NetScaler, certificate management, and automation experience.
