What you will do
- Source, publish, and optimize job openings across recruitment platforms.
- Design and manage application, screening, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with department managers to define role requirements.
- Present offers and explain position terms, remuneration, and benefits.
- Document and improve recruitment workflows, HR procedures, and onboarding processes.
- Organize online team gatherings and an annual offline team event to support employee engagement.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Experience in performance coaching.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
